The Regency City Series Chicago Corner 50” large gas fireplace brings the luxury of a corner gas fireplace to more homes with its optimal size. Directly in between the medium 40” and Large 60” City Series models, the Chicago Corner 50” gas fireplace includes all the innovations of the City Series.
Featuring a clean, uninterrupted, 2-sided glass viewing area for a stunning flame picture and an impactful statement in any room. Experience design freedom by finishing with any material direct to the edge of the firebox and versatile installation options.

Key Features & Technologies
App Control (Optional)
Adjust flames, heat output & more directly from your smartphone. This is an optional feature to control your Regency fireplace in addition to the remote and/or controls on the unit itself.
Direct Vent Technology
A direct vent fireplace has a completely sealed combustion chamber which allows it to vent directly out a side wall or through the ceiling of your home. The benefit of this system is that it brings in air from the outside of the home rather than using the room air.
Cool Wall System
Maintain a cool wall around your fireplace to accommodate any finishing options such as wallpaper, fabric and even wood. Patent Pending.
Electronic Ignition
Fireplaces with an electronic ignition system are used to start up and in the event of a power outage, Regency fireplaces will still work on battery back-up. Electronic ignition saves on fuel by not having the pilot light running when the fireplace is not in use.
Remote Control
Create optimal comfort with ease and convenience at the touch of a button. The user friendly programmable controls can be set, adjusted and programmed for your fireplace to come on at the temperature you want and when you want it.
Seamless Glass Safety Barrier
The double layered glass safety barrier allows air to flow naturally between the two layers of glass maintaining a low enough temperature to comply with industry standards. Patent Pending.
Heatwave Kit
Cut down on your heating costs using a Heat Wave kit. The Heat Wave system attaches onto Regency fireplaces allowing you to direct heat into rooms up to 20 feet away.
Power's Out - Heat's On
Never worry about being cold in a power outage. All Regency gas and wood units operate without electricity. Electronic ignition units have a battery backup system.
